Hii, melabest cream is a depigmenting agent contains hydroquinone, mometasone and tretinoin. It mustn't be used without prior consultation by a dermatologist, and must not be used for longer time. It can cause various side effects. Now, pigmentation post stoppage of the cream can have various reasons and at times is bit stubborn. For proper management, we need to know type of your skin, color of the pigmentation, area covered, etc I would advise you to consult a dermatologist online or offline for proper diagnosis and management of your skin condition.
