. General Prevention:
1.Take healthy food and avoid unhealthy ones as what you eat is reflected on your face! 2.Avoid Junk Food, Oily & Spicy food, excessive coffee/tea. Take Leafy Vegetables, seasonal Fruits and healthy diet.
3.Avoid taking unnecessary Stress/ Tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin.
& deep breathing for 10-15 minutes daily 1-2 times.
rid of toxins, drink 8-¬10 glasses of water daily.
6.Take 6-¬8 hrs of sound sleep everyday.
7.Never rub your face as it may damages the skin 8.Wash your face with water at least 3-4 times a day and must at bedtime. 9.Use Herbal Face wash.
