I took ipill on 28th April and started bleeding on 8th May. I have been having vaginal bleeding. And today is the 10th day of bleeding. I took trenaxa 500 for 2 days. And it did not work. Should I wait for it to stop on its own? Or should I take any other medicine?

Do a urine pregnancy test. If it is faintly positive, it means incomplete abortion. Take misoprostol 200 mcg sublingually. If it is negative, take ovral l for 21 days. If it is strongly positive you will need an ultrasound scan.
