I am 19 years old boy I had a lot of fat in hip and thighs what should I do to reduce that fat? Please tell me some exercise and good diet.

Dear Mr Manmeet...since you said that you have a lot of fat in hips and thighs i would suggest you to exercise those parts more in order to make it slim.......You need to go for jogging for at least 30 mins daily.....Its better if you do it early morning.....moreover you need to join a gymn.....you have to perform squats daily.....Take care of your diet.....avoid oil, butter, fried foods, dalda, yellow part of a boiled egg, sweet dishes, cold drinks, snacks.......drink plenty of water daily......Last of all, remember to go to jogging and gymn daily as well as avoid aforesaid those things daily from your diet
