Respected sir, my age is 31 years old. I am suffering from bad mouth smell from my childhood onwards. The smell restarts again even after I brush every time. After waking up from my afternoon sleep, if I spit out then it comes like light mixing of olden days colgate white tooth powder and clearly I feel the sense of something is applied on my mouth and all over the teeth. At that time if I brush the teeth with my bear finger, then it senses that a little tight move over the teeth as may be of some layer form. Until 25 years old I noticed a frequent bleeding while brushing on mornings but now it doesn't except some times. Many years ago I consulted a doctor and he prescribed some gargling liquid. Moreover, I have a small bump on right side of my throat without any pain or symptoms from my birth. One of home doctor said that it may be a lymph gland. By the way, still now I don't know the reason for my bad mouth smell whether it is related to ent or dental problem. Also I was very stout at the age of 4 years old and consuming more food. If small disturbance happened at night, then I would woke up regularly and eat food at that mid night also. Then my mother bought me to a doctor. He gave some oral drops syrup. After consuming it, very next day itself I took very very little food from that day onwards. Agin we went to that doctor but he told that who will give thus syrup. According to all of our village, some times his mental condition is not sound some times. I am thinking that this may be also a reason as any digestive related issues. Could you please give me a solution for it. Thank you.
