I was top in my company. Due to silly mistake I have come to bottom. This incident hurts me badly. It is almost one year I am feeling sad. At present my brain is not working properly. A fear of job less comes to mind. Please help me.

Well, if this is true that from a top position you have actually been demoted to the bottom, then the mistake must have been pretty serious, even though you say it is silly. The effects may have been far-reaching especially, financially. But to imagine that you might lose your job is stretching it too far: you are obsessing about it for over a year. If the company wanted to sack you, they would have done that instead of merely demoting you. That just means that you have been reprimanded so that you will correct yourself to never repeat the same mistake again. That means they care for you and are giving you another chance. You may also be a very sensitive kind of person, in which case, you may hurt more than others. Knowing that, you must learn to become less sensitive by developing resilience and tolerance. Express your feelings to others and see what feedback they give you, then use it to change. Now you can start afresh and build yourself up from the bottom and reach the top but be more responsible this time around.
