I am 25 years old, completed my nursing now working as a staff nurse, diagnosed with ivdp l2-l3 through mri and sciatica symptoms. After taking treatment for more than 6 months also pain din' t subsided. So doctor advised me for surgery but personal I dont want to undergo surgery. But after continuous physio and rest sciatica symptoms was relieved but had pain and doing exercises as advised by the physiotherapist. For the past I asuffered with uncontrollable cough even after taking treatment. But now again for the past 1 week I am having the same symptoms(pain, numbness like that) as before which is untolerable. Now again what I can do. Whether there is any permanant solution for this? please let me know how to get rid of this severe pain permanently which is unbearable.
