Hi, I am suffering from a severe problem from continuously 3 days I am not able to sleep having vomiting headache stomach pain fever and even I am not getting hungry my diet capacity has become very less and having pain in my whole body. Can you suggest me what shall I do in such a horrible situation? I request you to give me a correct treatment so that I can get well soon. Waiting for your reply.

Take sanjeevani ras vati twice a day with warm water. Take pranacharya jwar nigraha capsule and punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 twice a day with warm water. Take chitrakadi vativati 1-1 tab twice a day...Avoid salt as more as possible. Drink luke warm water. Wipe your body with clean towel.
