Do muscle building exercise that will help you to increase weight. Take dense fruits, vegetables, unrefined foods more. Eat fish, egg, meat, mushroom, soy milk, whole cream milk, tofu, mushroom, add extra healthy fat in cooking. Take cake, pastries, ghee, cream, butter, cheese with food. Eat nuts and seeds. No water just before and during meals. Avoid smoking and alcohol. Take proper rest and stress free life.
