My name is vikrant, age is 22 and height is 5'7" My weight is 59 kg. I am physically fit but I have no fat on my body. I used to go to gym but due to lack of mass I am not getting the good result. And when I lift the weight in gym my shoulders get blocked means my hand stuck into the middle and I can not move it upward or downward. IS THIS HAPPENS DUE TO LACK OF PROTIEN? Pls suggest me some good diet and supplements by which I can get a muscular body and can lift weights without any problem.
