Hi doctor ,i am 38, weight 81 kg ,height 174 cm. I am physically active. I smoke and have been drinking pretty heavily during the lock down time. at least 4 times a week, half bottle hot drinks with soda. I started doing running and then went to gym late last year with weight lifting and cardio exercises. All of this happened while I was still smoking drinking 3 times a week. Suddenly in march the day after I had drinks, around 11 am I started to feel like light headed o kind of feeling something strange as I was going to collapse. I went to a clinic and they gave me I v trips. Then I suddenly stopped drinking and tried after a week. The next day around noon I had the same feeling and had trips at the clinic. I did a full body check up. Found high cholesterol and high bp .around 150/100. I am on cholesterol and medication. I need some explanation on the feeling I had on those days. An unstable, something in head, light headed or pounding like, suddenly dryness in throat that makes me to keep sucking saliva to wet the throat. This whole feeling, what is this and why it happened the day after night drinking and why all of a sudden this march when I had no such issues in the past. Please advise.
