I am having pain at lower spinal area and sometimes in the vaginally. Also I am not having periods for last 6 months after delivery. Is it harmful? I have a cesarean delivery.

If you were given spinal anesthesia then the pain may be due to that, it can be treated with some medicines. Periods may be stopped if you are breast feeding and is normal, but there remains possibility of pregnancy during this time.
