Hi I am 21 male. Engineering student. My schedule is such that the sleeping t8me has been changed over 5 years. I sleep in afternoon. And in night at 2am to 6am. But I am feeling v3ry uncomfortable now. I want to have my sleep time back at 10pm to 6am. I want some treatment regarding this. Either any medicine or home remedies us8ng herbs, honey etc etc. Please suggest. Thanks

Hi, before resorting to medications, just trying actually sleeping at 10 pm. Initial couple of days you might face the problem of sleeplessness but simply lie down and try sleeping. After a couple of days you will be able to sleep at the proper time.
