Hi, you should eat what be you like. Lots of fruits, juices. Dry fruits should be part of your diet. Eat at an interval of 3 hours. 2 to 3 cups of milk with protein powders. If u are non veg eater, have boiled eggs very good source of proteins. Green Leafy vegetables. Jaggery, dates, pistachio are rich source of iron. Dairy products, Ragi are good sources of calcium. still better to consult a dietician near by you. All the best !
