Pain in the upper back, cervical vertebrae, I have pain when rotating my body to left and right and when I touch my vertebrae it hurts. I counted by the lumps on my back (vertebrae) and its third lump counting from my head down. I do boxing and when rotating to throw a punch it hurts, I got the pain from I think sudden movement from shadow boxing (punching the air) and it hurts me for a week now.
