Dear lybrate-user, cleaning your system refers to the washing of toxic materials away from your system. Your first aim should be not allowing these wastes in your body. For this you have to do two things compulsorily, drink a lot of water everyday and have fibrous items in your diet regularly. Decide a day to start with, starting with drink a glass of water with a lemon juice and a pinch of salt in it. Repeat the same process whenever you are hungry or thirsty.
