My ast (sgot) is 78, alt (sgpt) is 123 and ggtp is 66, is this an alarming situation? Am 31 years old, male, I am pure vegetarian and don't consume any alcohol or tobacco. What diet can I follow to reduce these levels to normal?

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. The sgpt normal range is about 7 to 56 units per liter of blood serum. Thus, very high level of sgpt in the blood can be an indication of damage or problems related to the liver. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
