Please note that without petrol a bike does not runs -- similarly the most important thing in this world is your health. Do no compromise with your health ever. Even if your are not getting time to take meals at same time try to take cookies at that very time (I think this is possible with you). Do not drink tea (1 cup in evening/morning is normal). Take a glass of milk regularly at night before sleeping (if you are not able to take it in the morning). Have good sleep and a balance diet whatever timing you choose.
