My go the gym 1 st has my gym tannier will injected my termin 30 mg and he will told me this is multivitamin then after 2 3 months I will know the real tried but the time I was addicted, around 6 to 7 months misuse the termin drug then I will struggle to quit but now I will decide to quit and recovery than problem facing on like depression insomnia& 10 kg weight lose.

Depression is a very common problem. There are so ever so many much worse than u. Yours is a little problem no need to worry. Stop smoking and alcohol have regular exercise like walking swimming cycling jogging with friends for one hour holidays once in a week dailyyoga, scheduling activities hobbies social service take fish and vegetables take nexito 10 mg daily exercise.

Hi lybrate-user! you must have been young at the time you took the injection from your gym trainer, going to gym at such a young age is not necessary, you are from delhi right, it is advisable to consult your family or your family doctor before taking any injection, coz the person who gave injection was not a doctor. Not safe. Moreover for some reason you got addicted to it may be you felt active always and energetic. But in the long-run that would coz side-effects including addiction and depression. Yoga is a safe practice. Any kind of intake should be natural intake like fruits, vegetables, green leafy vegetables and dry fruits and nuts and vitamins and minerals rather than injection or any kind of medicinal intake or injection without the consent of a medical doctor. This is for your information. What you require currently is psychotherapy, counseling with de-addiction, but yes more advanced psychotherapy especially for the addiction without de-addiction has helped many of them recover from addiction to medicines. Provided you need replacement therapy like power yoga along with supportive therapy. To boost up your positivity and overcome depression. No worries. Just a early stage to overcome the same.
