I'm 26 years old female. I have been experiencing severe hair fall for several years. Even after trying several oils and haircare routines and reducing the use of shampoos, the hair fall doesn't stop. Last year I experienced extreme and prolonged headache and lethargy after my periods. Due to covid, I was not able to consult a doctor and my condition worsened towards the end of the location. So, I assumed that I may be anaemic by referring to the internet and started consuming iron and folic acid tablets for 3 months. Later, towards the end of the year, I consulted a gynec who suggested me some oestrogen tablets and hb and thyroid test. The thyroid and hb test showed no abnormalities but i've become pale. I can clearly see the difference between my lip colour and colour inside the eye lids which earlier used to be red. I still have hair fall. I lose a bunch of hair while oiling, washing and even while simply running my fingers through them. I don't know what to do. I also experience difficult to fall asleep, but once i've, I sleep continuously. Could you please help me with the problem?
