Hello my name is zain and I want to ask you that I do gym and I do not have much money to take protein, so for this, I make homemade protein such as oatmeal and soya chunks powder after doing it for 100 grams of milk and by mixing it with 2 bananas, I can use it by mixing these four chisos, so I will not have any risk of side effects?
