take following remedies 1.triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch nad dinner 2.amla juice 4tsp+2tsp sugar powder+honey 2 tsp by taking above remedies you will feel hunger and your diet will improve and your food intake will improve diet= drink milk with 2 dates empty stomach in the morning have nreakfat 2 chapat and fruit vegetable lunch and dinner take as per you hunger
