I do not know if I have piles. In pictures I see 4 areas of anus when prolapsed, in which 2 are looking big, and 1 is medium and last is smallest. It feels absolutely normal to me. And pressing causes, no pain to just a pain which I feel normal. I don't have a discharge. But over the internet I saw pictures of second stage hemorrhoids and then I also saw normal anal pic. I am so confused, am I normal or not?
