I have b12 and d3 deficiency. I started using rejunex cd3 supplement for 6 months. I tested again and the b12 changed from 128pg/ml to 500 ng/ml and vitamin d 20 ng/ml to 31 ng/ml. Should I continue the supplement or need to change the interval of taking a supplement?

Hello lybrate-user. Most of the patients are making the same mistakes. If you the problem was less supply of the vitamins then all your family members will have the same problems. If you are alone having the issues then it is not from the outside supply but it is because your body is not absorbing enough nutrtion. Taking extra supplements may bring up the levels for few days but once you stop taking them the problem will again be the same. And if you keep taking the supplements then they will cause toxicity. The better way is to cure your internal mechanism by homeopathic treatment and have a healthy support free life.
