Hi. I go for regular morning walk from last 3 years. My body weight was under control. My body weight came dowm from 75kgs to 69kgs. I was very happy about my controlled weight. But suddenly I got surprised to see my body weight has gone back to 74 kgs. I feel heaviness in my stomach. Sometimes I have gases problem. Kindly help me about my problem. I going for regular walk.

After certain age, only exercise may not help in reducing weight. Diet plays an important role. For diet - there is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. i will give you a general approach to try for 4 weeks. if it works then continue. if not enough then consult. 1. do not eat anything sugary or sweet. 2. eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner at the same time continue atleast 30 min of exercise every day of any kind
