Avoid tea and coffee. Yes caffeine will wake you up and give you a buzz right away. But once the effect wears off; you will feel even more tired and sleepy than you were before. This happens because these drinks dehydrate you. ?Have a balanced diet: Eat a heavy and healthy breakfast but have a light dinner. If you feel hungry at night, eat fruits, dry fruits, and salads only. Avoid junk food. ?Take a 20-30 minute nap during the day. This shall help you to concentrate better. ?As you study, whenever you feel tired or sleepy or even stressed, take a minute to practice yoga- breathing exercises.
