Okay Ravi..Do regular exercise like yoga,swimming,skipping,push ups,sit ups,plank,squat.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Eat more whole fruits,vegetables,unprocessed foods.Take whole wheat,whole grain,brown rice,brown bread.Eat small amount of food.Take more protein for weight loss.Use healthy fat in small amount.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.Use lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning.Don't sleep immediately after meals.Take proper rest.
