I workout daily for 1 hour and cardio for at least half an hour but still I am not able to lose fat and weight. What should I do? My current weight is 87kg.

Weight loss is not single day process.Along with workout you should follow a proper diet.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice,cola beverages,soft drinks.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Eat small amount of foods.Take more protein foods as these helps in weight loss.Use coconut oil in cooking for weight loss.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water 5 mins after meals.Take proper rest
