I am doing gym right now for weight loss and body building so any diet for it. My weight is 78kg and my height is 5'6.

Along with gym you should take balanced diet. Take proper food before and after gym. Use protein shake or whey protein immediately after workout. As protein is needed extra for gym goers. Before workout take brown rice, sweet potato with steamed broccoli with olive oil, banana with almond butter or peanut butter. Oat meal, berries, walnut, apple. After workout protein shake with banana, almond milk, hemp seed as excellent protein source. Salad with roasted chicken with added vinegar, olive oil, multi grain bread, steamed vegetables, brown rice. Drink lots of water and proper sleep.
