What actually causes diabetes, Is this necessary that a diabetic patient also have hypertension, weak eye sight or joint pain?

The exact cause is not known. The following are the risk factor 1. Heredity 2. Obesity, 3. Stress 4. Smoking 5. Lack of exercise, 6. Sedentary life style diabetes can be associated with hypertension, weak eye sight and joint pain in some patients, but it is not always.
