I am 43 years old. Since the last one year I have started forgetting everything. I have also problem in thinking and understanding anything. What is happening to me? what should I do?

It appears that you have difficulty in concentration which can manifest as forgetfulness. If you have other symptoms like sadness of mood, decreased interest in work, getting tired easily, sleep and appetite disturbances, than you might be having a depressive episode. You should consult a psychiatrist
