I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. An epididymal cyst occurs when the long, coiled tube behind the testicles called the epididymis becomes filled with fluid and can't drain. If the cyst contains sperm, it's known as a spermatocele. This form of testicular lump is very common. It most often resolves on its own. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
