I am 22 year old boy and my girlfriend age is 18 years old she has a missed period and it's over 1 month now. Symptoms are: constipation vomit (sometimes) blood spotting (one time) acidity problem so to make sure I asked her to do a pregnancy test and result is positive one line is light pink and second line is darker. We are totally in shock right now don't know what to do next please suggest us (also we don't want to reveal this to our parents) please help us your response will be helpful for us.
