I am a 22 years old boy, I am getting very fatty feels much hungry in short span of time, my weight is increasing, how can I reduce it. Or give me some proper balance diet chart.

Being fat in such young age is major risk factor for future diseases. You are right in being concerned about it. Eating high fiber (salad) every day and having a regular exercise program can also help. Find a friend to exercise together.
