Do regular exercise for better health.Increase eating.Eat more frequently.Use bigger plate.No water before or during meals.Use dense fruits like chikoo,banana,apple,grape,mango. and dense vegetables like sweet potato with white potato,peas,carrot etc.Use cake,pastries,chocolate,ice cream,jam,jelly.Add cream with tea or coffee.Use weight gainer supplement.Take more protein foods in diet.Add extra fat in cooking.Eat nuts and seeds more.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Water 3lit/day.Don't skip meals.These will help to increase weight.
