I want to gain weight, now am 57kg, 24year old. I tried lot of ways but nothing is working for me.

Do not drink water before and during meals.Avoid fast foods.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Don't skip meals.Eat extra amount of food.Add cream,butter,ghee with food.Use dense fruits,vegetables,unrefined foods.Eat fish,egg,meat,mushroom,tofu,peas,peanut butter,yogurt,cottage cheese.Add extra fat in cooking.Drink water 3 lit/day.And sleep for 7-8 hours.
