Hi. I am 18 years old. My weight is 50 kg. I want to increase my weight and to make body. I eat only veg. But my body is not increasing. Please advice me to make body.

Hi, you can have bananas, chikko, paneer 50 gm a day. Its not necessary to eat non veg to increase weight. You can also gain weight with veg but the condition is to follow the proper diet as well as make sure you are physically active as well. Make sure you are having 3 glass of milk daily.
