I faces problem and a lot of pain during menstrual cycle. How can reduce the pain.

During painful cycles, you will need bed rest. Drink lots of fluids. Use a hot water bottle to relieve the pain. Food should be bland and easily digestible. Vacate urine and stool timely, do not keep holding due to the pain. Try deep breathing exercises and yoga. There are many anti spasmodic medicines in the market. You can try them. Certain more serious causes of pain during cycles need to be ruled, since they can affect future fertility.
