Hello doctors, I am going to gym and I want to make muscular body which diet I should include in my life to get best muscular body but in veg. (1). I have heard many people saying that we should only eat the egg whites not the yolk it is not good for health and if we eat the yolk it will have bad effect what to do eat or not to eat? (2). How much egg we should eat a day? (3). Many people to not go to gym at early age I am just 16 years old it is good to go to gym or not at this age.

Egg white is protein and yellow has high fat. YOu need to take only two egg whites and include lot of protein in diet
