I have a pain in my right lower abdomen and right side of my back. What should I do. Dr. prescribe me a mifepristone 25 mg tablet for three months. Can I take this medicine or not?

Hello dear. The fibroids are very small and unlikely to be causing this pain. Also it is necessary to know on which day of cycle you did this scan to comment on endometrial thickness. If your cycles are regular and have no pain during the period time then we have to rule out other causes too. Was an abdominal scan done to look at the appendix too? Mifepristone opposes the action progesterone. It is used as medical management for fibroids.
