I'm 23 years old male. From 4 days l see some yellowish secretion from my penis and pains while urinating and its not burning pain due to dehydration. If I drink more water sometimes there will not be much pain but some kind of pain will be there. Erection is too painful. Early morning erection gives pain and does not let me sleep more. I undergone screening for abdominal ultrasound scan. Everything was normal. Then urine test which shows some pus cells grown and rest everything was normal. Later I was told to undergo sperm test. Because of pain I was not able to masturbate and given that yellowish secretion for sample which could not be a true sperm. Reports say thathere is some form of micro organisms grown in that sample. I'm a non diabetic. So what could be the actual diagnosis and management of this? kindly explain.
