I am male aged 22. I am working out in gym for almost 1hour a day in the morning. Is it good to have a shower with warm water or cold water? What diet is to be maintained?

As far as taking a shower is concerned it depends on your personal habits whether to use hot or cold water. Whatever you eat you should see that it is rich in essential ingredients mainly proteins, vitamins and good fats. Fresh fruits and vegetables are recommended.
