My brother is 19 years old and he is very slim and having dark circles, he is not having any disease but from face he looks as he is sick, what is the reason that his health is not building (Height 5.8, weight 50kg)

Might be he is not taking right amount of nutrition. Slowly try to improve lifestyle by making a habit of daily intake of 2 fruits of your choice, at least one glass of milk daily, one whole egg, 1 hour physical activity. Water intake should be 2-3 litres.

Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.
