My son is 2 years old. His is very weak and his teeth are becoming black and getting cavities. Also he is not eating anything means not getting hungry. But he is quite active. Please let me know what may be the reason?

Its called nursing bottle caries or could be rampant caries. After feeding the child the milk will be in the mouth leading to cavity. Make the child drink some water to wash away the milk. However once cavity occurs it requires proper management. Prefer to go to a pedodontist a dentist specialist for children.
