I am an 18 year old girl, I was diagnosed with iron deficiency 2 years earlier no causes has been found ana test, cbc and ldh tests came back negative red blood cells are in normal quantity but the eosinophil is high I am taking iron directly in my blood but couldn't retake cause scared to go to hospitals they are full of cavity 19 I am taking iron pills at the moment (tardiferon and ferplex) I am struggling with new symptoms like purple fingertips and shortness of breath but my oxygen level is at 99% and I have trichotillomania I don t know if there s a connection between the 2 what s the solution for iron deficiency with no clear causes? Any alarming symptoms? And how can I treat trichotillomania?(i have a g6pd blood test on tuesday to see if that s the problem to iron deficiency) thank you doctors for your responses in advance.
