Dear Doctor! I have the problem of acne from past 10 years. The direct relation of my acne is with my digestion whenever there is issue with my digestion and my stomach and intestine don't get cleared properly for few days the acne problem arises. I am taking medicine from a dermatologist and taking salt ISOTRETINOIN from last 4 months but there is no results. Please advice and help.

You should stop all medicines. Apply listerine on your face for five day for half an hour at night after that wash your face with luke warm water. Take plenty of water and liquids. Green vegetable smoothy etc, eat papaya daily. Try to clean your stomach. Avoid fatty oily and junk food.
