I am underweight I weight around 44 kg only. My height is about 160 cm I'm 19. I am so much skinny that I can see my veins and my face is also too narrow.

Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water, increase intake of fruits and vegetables, full cream milk and its products. Avoid fried, oily, maida and its products etc. Drink milk shake in breakfast.
