Hi, early morning: green tea/any herbal decoction according to your ayurvedic prakruti+5overnite soaked almonds morning-veg poha/suji upma/steamed sprouts +tea/milk midmorning: fruits lunch: 2 regular atta chapaties+veg+slaads+curd/2 missi chapaties+veg+slaads/2 dal cheelas+green chutney+slaads/1 paneer sandwich+slaads evening-tea+2 biscuits after some time- 1 katori makhana dinner: dalia/oats/ant roasted or tandoori preparation+veg+slaads post dinner-fruits/milk diet plan is always prepared considering one's nutritional needs, age, health issues, present weight and your likes dislikes.
