I am suffering only left shoulder pain, since I started chest workout what shall I do ?

Pain is a sign of injury. Firstly stop doing exercises than give rest to this part, followed by icing for 10 mins three times a day do this for three days if this does not help than do visit your physiotherapist to understand your injury and treatment for that.

Hi if the pain has recently started then apply the cold pack for 48 hrs it will get better Dr. Avanthiprabhakar
