Hi I am male got married before 2 years my wife not conceiving as per doctor instructions I have done with serum test it is 80 billions and wife got done with folical test but not use I have a doubt Tht egg is not releasing Doctors please help me out.

Hai. Your sperm count seems to be normal but we have no idea about the other parameters like motility, abnormality etc. We don't know whether sperm is being properly deposited, during intercourse. Also, your wife may need further evaluation and mild stimulation to produce good quality eggs. It can be done in person only.
